Saturday

I am really taking advantage of my few free weekends before classes start back up again in late January. On Saturday Kris was looking for someplace to go (other than the mall) because he had been sick for the past couple of days and cooped up in the house. We considered going to the MFA in Boston, but realized we couldn't go into the city and not eat at our favorite restaurant, PF Changs. Because of the holidays and some extra taxes Kris had to pay, this week is not optimal for $50 dinners out plus tickets to the MFA. We decided to head up to the Currier Museum up in Manchester, NH. They had a Andy Warhol exhibit until January 4th so we decided to go check it out. It was a nice way to spend the afternoon and the museum was pretty decent (especially for NH) and a reasonabley priced (yeah student discount). Although we've lived in NH for nearly 2.5 yrs we have yet to really explore anything the state has to offer.......maybe we should do more in NH.

1) I hate museums. I wish I didn't it would give me something to do.

2) With a Boston public library card you can get free tickets to the MFA, the Harvard Museum of Natural History, the Aquarium, etc. Let me know if you want me to pick some up so you can enjoy a dinner out and not have to worry about the cost of tickets!
